I'm thinking I need to officially call it quits with Joel's day camp. They have lost him four different times. I come to pick him up, sign the paperwork, and then hear the now familiar words "Hmmm..... Joel.... right.... where IS he?" You're asking ME? Bad move. In just two short weeks, the kiddo will be back in his regular preschool, with a brand new teacher to break in. The day camp program has been pressuring me to enroll him in their after school program, since it would increase their funding. But if they can't keep track of my kid now, when exactly will that start happening?
In other not so drastic news, I finally painted our hallway. Whoops, I mean Rob painted it. I have had swatches painted in this hallway since I was pregnant with Charlotte.
Charlotte is now almost three. Procrastinate much?
It looks great, but we were under the impression that a) we needed 5 gallons of paint (NOPE, MAYBE 2) and b) it would be a slightly different color. Like maybe the one I wanted it color matched to.....
So yes, we painted the hallway with a color we are "learning to love" and have lots left over to paint with as well. But it's so fun to do projects around here, we just really love it. I'm hoping to get the piano finished up, and post some pictures of our lovely progress!
